What is going on?

What about the people who have raided and missed out on epics because of low karma, they finally get enough and people bugger off.

And yes raid times and being online, we were trying for a karazhan the other time, and y'all were in vent for the same amount of time as a 25 man raid or 10 man for the fact.

Just admit some of you find playing level 70's hard, its ok to prefer lowbie dorfs >.<

i can see your point Bux ... and i agree with it preparing a raid and running it it s a very tough job to do i saw that...i was just interested in seeing if people can put time 1 night a week since we are trying to relax in doing a raid. i dont think thats too much to ask when u are in a raiding guild. We are in a break and no one actually said it s a break for the all summer, like yorga did , i was taking what koren said a free sign up on a raid / week. i dont know if i missunderstood or not.

@ evelline : please try and calm down and talk nicely to the guildies u are not so perfect yourself afterr all are u? so i think some apollogies are needed here.

as for the question u asked yes i am willing to put my heart and soul into raiding again...it s a shame to see what people worked for so hard to just dissapear.

porn for all and all for porn !

as the old saying goes, or i think it was that , anyways let "us" (the evryday online players) put our heads toghether and try sort out new raids split up organizing tasks and see if anyone want sto participate in raids , lets start with something hard and yet easy aswell like a lurker or a maggy so hils can at least have his champ of the naaru titel.

Thanks to those of you who responded .. I think what certainly Caro and I were trying to find out was exactly what was happening :)

I know how much effort is put into a raid. My husband runs his raids, 4 nights a week, for 25 people. So I have always tried to show as much appreciation and support for those of you who have put the time and effort in the past (and present) into organising a raid. If that has not come through in my behaviour and feedback then I apologise. You have been appreciated .. at least by me anyway :)

I have never put myself forward for more organisation or responsibility precisely because of both my family situation (2 kids and a hubby) and the fact that if hubby is raiding and leading 4 nights a week then I pick up all the things he cannot do because of HIS commitments to the game.

It is because of these responsibilities that I personally do not feel I can take a more active and organisational role in DV, as much as I would like to. I would not wish to put myself forward and then find I could not support people the way they should be .. so apologies there.

Caro : I am more than happy to help out in relaxed raids like we had on Sunday where and when I can ...

I am also more than happy to run those supposedly boring heroic instances over and over .. basically because, unlike many of you .. I have not ever had as much time to raid and instance and therefore still have not grown tired or fed up of them :)

So .. the upshot is .. if you want a healer for a 5 man, quests or a heroic, either put it in the Dv or instance planning forum, or send me a message either in game or through the forums, and I will do my utmost to be there :)

Sound nice Joe....you figure out...would love to try Maghi...is very cute...about what Carol said: no I am not perfect but at least I dont come with stories about WoW break when I am playing the game in same other place...anyway...as I said before I am fleeing like a coward rat and I will stay here.

As for the raiding is no problem that is almost 100% off... I missed quite a lots of the runs too because of some problems and I would love to continue in this formula (a very succefull formula I may say) althought I have some different opinions regarding some guildies. But is democracy right?

Anyway the only thing I can think right now is that some ppl love to have the situation this way so thery can keep their karma points up and better gear then others for not beeing a competition for them for gear when they return to the game (if they will ever do).

And tks Carol for the words means a lot and you are right as that cute second teddy bear (as in Bux) and cant wait to see the new upcoming raids (even if they mean wipe fest...hell should be fun anyway to hear some familiar voices talking and bithcing around...and see Carol dead and screaming...:P)!

For the last post I am sorry but sometimes the words fly before they are sorted...nothing personal to that pair of love-birds...

Organising raids is a very strenuous procedure. I watched Asbach's hair (what little he has) turn grey doing it.

Trying to please everyone is a nightmare and can never be achieved.

DV finds itself in a tough position because noone has stepped up to try to keep raids on track (no implied criticism to anyone here, people have busy lives)

If we want to get DV back on track I suggest we stop accusing each other and focus on perhaps getting 1 or 2 regular nights going again.

My personal feelings are that if we want to progress then we should stay focussed on one place until it is finished and the last boss down rather than spreading ourselves among different instances, which I know a lot of people wanted to do.

I would also suggest that if you are a committed raider then perhaps you volunteer to take on some of the responsibility of organising the raids, sign ups, invites, raid leader, karma ect

I agree with u Vorp, 1 night a week it s gonna keep the spirit up for this guild and wont be that hard during the summer, that was what i was trying to find out from the beginning. Question is how many feel the same about it?

I am willing to help with whatever i can on the preparation of the raids so if u need me let me know :D
