Two hours to reread the documents on how to build a mission.

Eight hours squirrelling around with various combinations and no success.

Four hours after Bux demonstrates it's applications I can not only work out where it all goes, but what I did wrong and how the machinery is linked.

Nine hours and countless desktop crashes as I fidget with the various sequences trying to make the patrol mission "engage".

I'm not a technical minded person, yet I can see a need for an example of a mission-ems report to make it work. Later I'll write a tutorial which can be locked on these forums

Q: Mission-ems: Looking at the example, the mission-ems should contain all the line formats. The example cgn appears to duplicate this?

Q: Line formats: Points Integer. Points of ? No reference given in enum type definitions.

Sounds like we need a simplified mission editor with a friendly user interface I just would not have the spare time to mess about with all of that code.
