Adjusting Specific Sound Effects

hi all i have an issue that might seem a bit different, but i have good reasons.

im wondering if theres an way to adjust the bell-sound when im changeing speeds in all my ships. without needing to loose other important effects like cruising torps etc; (an sound i have used several times to save my butt when i missed the warning bell due to heavy gunfire etc;) the reason is i mostly do battle at late at night and while most sounds are at an good level the bell sound for ringing up your speed seems to stand out an great deal more louder than any other, and at 12-3 am ,its the one that enoys the family (baby& and grand parents who have come to stay) believe me with wife and mum in law >:( in house theres enough tension allready.... and if idont get it sorted id say enigma and me will be out in the shed in no time , . so in the interest of saving my sanity lol and my sex life ( >;( wife means no booty let alone playing boaty). im sending out an sos, make that an mayday cause im going down with the ship.

In the meantime try headphones..

Yup, headphones are the way to go if you want maximum booty, boaty and bells - I use them and enjoy all three

Hehehe yeah that bell is annoying, I have asked East to remove it ever since it was added :/

an update on the bells situation. you guys all know that saying for whom the bell tolls. well i have been getting around it by turning the sound up and down on the speakers & using the head phone`s, but i forgot last night. and of course it let out that lovely sound. and the look i got from now awakened sleeping parter >:( , so with quick thinking, i spit out "but love think of them like wedding bells" of course in my moment of guilt, she struck like an pby dropping out of thousand foot cloud bank at 2 miles" she says do you mean it, im thinking what? then it hit me yep like an 100 pounder, . next the look of death turns love struck ore(i know that look its booty time) but then im thinking it`s an diversionary tatic before the main assault. and then out of the wardrobe comes the thousand pounder....the true meaning of shock and ore " the wedding dress."
