Sea Texture Quality And Sight Distance.

Hello all,

I recently re-installed enigma after a massive computer upgrade, and i found myself playing the unpatched version of enigma. Why? Well i really like the sea textures and how the swells react with the ship's hull in motion etc. The fact i can see to the horizon and pick-off targets with no fog is one of the reasons i bought this after playing the demo. Is there anyone else who enjoys playing the unpatched version for those 2 reasons besides me?

PS> Is there any future patches coming where the fog is lifted ?

Not sure if you mean lifted, or if you mean simply not there (ever). But the newer patches do have a feature that allows more or less some control over weather and sea states in the patrols section.

the short distance view (fog) is a bug in the patches, it will be corrected (hopefully) in the next patch.

Yes , it is noticeable . In some missions , and at short range no ships are vislble .

That and the weird white color of ships sometimes .
