Question About Sub Campaign 10b

Just completed campaign 10b...last 4 torps did it, but I sat off the port bow, about 2000 meters, and pumped salvo after salvo of torps into the BB's hide. I must have scored 50 direct hits...now tell me, just how many does it take to sink a BB?

took 4 for me once...

if none of your allies hits the BB, you need 22-24 direct hits to sink a BB.

Well, I definitely scored more than 24...and I recall a few allied torps scoring hits as well.
