Game Won't Run.

Just got this game cheap from local game store. It installed fine, i patched it up with the three patches and when i try to run it xp gives the common error message

My specs are as follows :

Athlon 1400mhz

512mb sdram133

80gb western caviar

radeon 8500 built by ati

Xp home edition

Ati drivers aren't the latest since i've experience fps drop down in few games.
