Ign In German Now Available

OK, my first IGN German/English version available for download:

There are some small differences with the other IGN pack, but this one has the advantage of being able to switch languages by simply moving the commandresponse.txt file. The default is German.

Note: if it shouts 'alarm', this means you are firing on a friendly. Very handy, since I lost at least one mission because of that.

Will be replaced with 'We must disengage/Wir mussen abbrechen' in the next version.

Added bonus: it will give the US voices to the RNE forces, too. (Requires that one to be already installed on your system.)
