Wow,,, The Hood

Well I finally got to try out the BattleCruiser The Hood,, and all I can say is

Wowie !,,, I bet I spent an hour just watching the overhead view of her as

all her guns did there thing.

I guess the most amazing thing about the Hood that I noticed was the tremendous

Anti Air craft gunnery and how all the guns Moved in sync,, Simply amazing

the graphic and detail Wow!

Ive played two patrol missions so far and havent even come close to getting hurt

much less loosing ! !.

That Ship is a Freak of Nature.

The only weakness I have noticed in her is her extremely slow turning which Is

understandable considersing how much steele there is there, Im amazed that

she can even float.

Anyways im goin back and playing some more,,,, I would NOT want to meet her

in real time combat ty.

Youl'll find a lot on Google about The Hood , including about how she sat lower in water than planned , a ' wet ' boat , with little freeboard .

I always click on further links , when I begin this - It's one way of finding out about some history - The " Slater " was one boat - mentioned somewhere on TAG credits - Interesting ' human ' stories behind it . and I must have spent ( lost ) many valuable playing hours reading everything about Midway etc . That was a close thing !
