How do i play multiplayer i cant figure it out! I know the patch came out but.... cant figure out where to go.

The patch that came out does NOT include support for multiplayer.

Multiplayer is not available yet and it looks like it will be a while before it is. MP will be domonstrated at the upcoming EnigmaCon conference.

The patch includes fixes and improvements to the SP game and the game engine.

It does - but if you want to assign blame, point the finger at GMX media for robbing TAG of their all the royalties they were due. We're just lucky that TAG are too damn stubborn to sink and - on a much reduced staff - are still beavering towards MP.
