Here's A Suggestion

Not a year - 6 months perhaps ;)

Scarlet is correct, RT ezine is primarily for multiplay. Since up until now there has really only been me producing content (excepting a couple of articles from Argon & Panzer47), its been kind of hard to keep going.

The plan is to run the next issue for MP launch, themed around the Assassins.

Note to Pioneer: Keep them Assassin profiles coming!

My Motto is "Never turn down an offer to help"

I would think an Interview with a member of Tesseraction on the differences and simularities in offline and multiplayer would make a good article. I believe readers would be very interested in hearing how Multiplayer is going to be addressed and what they can do to prepare for it. It's not to early to start the Multiplayer ball rolling. 😨

Well, we kind of have the material for that with East's Sunday update. In fact, too much for an ezine article. We would need to trim it down, or maybe make it into a FAQ...but then it kinds of overlaps with what's on warfleet.net. This is the trouble, the content should be unique. huh:

Open to suggestions, but my feeling is it should be more about the gaming experience than the technical ins & outs of how the game works. There are definate parallels here with the Assassins: We have the concept but without actually having played online its difficult to know how it will all work.

I could be wrong ..but .. there is the Fan Club.

Fan Club has all the techie stuff I thought .. lastest release .. add ons .. how to's... tips and tricks, etc.

Nothing wrong with techie stuff and reviews in the Ezine .. however I too was under the impression the Ezine was primarly a player experience thing, including role play , opposing forces banter , possbile league/events announcements etc ...

Using the forums add fan input etc of course...

Argon & I were discussing this on Jabber yesterday; we both agreed that it would perhaps be best done completely "in character" (which for example allows for tactical discussion, but not lists of tips).

Technical stuff would thus be limitted to relative speeds, armaments, munitions etc. as opposed to downloads, patches bugs & the like (which are already covered adeuqately by forums anyhow).
