Well all some of us can say is that if this game was anymore stable, we could put a horse in it!
Could it be that one PC is unlike another?
Could it be that drivers are outdated or defective?

Could it be that unreliable hardware is out there?
Could it be thats his computer has not been restarted for 4 weeks?

Could it be thats hes running Unix?

LOL

NO! i had ERT running on a 6weeks uptime.

NO! Enigma runs great on Linux, just a couple minors but I will find a solution :)

Genzod,

Previous posters have a good point, maybe a little detail about your system spec,

( hardware, op system and drivers) to get a better response. Have you installed last week's patch? etc

Well you mentioned " protection drivers", I seen a thread on this ........maybe it will help:

Problem:

I meet the minimum requirements for the game and have entered my CD Key but it keeps asking me to reboot my computer to complete the installation of the protection drivers. When I reboot my computer and try to start the game, nothing happens.

Fix:

This patch updates the Starforce Copy Protection Drivers.

Instructions:

Click Here to begin downloading the file.

1. The file will automatically begin downloading. Select to save the file to your desktop.

2. When the download is completed, double click on the 'StarforceUpdate' icon on your desktop to install the patch
