Surface Mission #6 After Patch

Played about 25 times before the patch, couldn't get through. Installed the patch, and ran through the mission first time.

probably just a coincidence. but maybe it isnt. Havent done the us ones myself yet.

For one thing (it helps a lot) you start the mission well ahead of the convoy instead of on the starboard flank. This meant racing to port to get at the attackers, while avoiding the convoy, and preventing the auto-engage from shooting at friendlies.

After the patch, the mission starts ahead of the convoy, allowing you to immediately run at flank speed to port, auto-engage the bad guys, and deflect the attack.

I got a silver star, and a purple heart, never lost even one merchant...You gotta love it!
