Any Plans For A C&c

Was wondering if there were any plans, later on to introduce a C&C Centre into the game?

Along the lines of several HIGH commanders deciding on what missions to run and what resources to allocate to each mission.

Ofcourse these people would have to be long termers and may even be server admins? Power to kick cheaters, etc.

Set the course of the war on one side and respond to the actions of the other side, with fixed terms in the C&C position.

Anyway just a thought as some games have command structure as in Planet Side (never played it but as you progress they tell me you get more equipment, and more info etc).
