E:D - ToW Group

So... Here's a starting place for a ToW Group within Elite:Dangerous

 

FIrstly, Which are we going to be (or maybe you have chosen already)? Federation, Empire or Alliance?

Secondly, We may need a home location, Somewhere we can return to an meet up. 

Thirdy, what sort of activity shall we major on?

I'm up for anything, give it all a try. For the creation for the SC org. looks like the majority will be a bounty hunter or an industrial. I guess in Elite, that won't change.

Probably. Is there a way to transfer assets between players,

eg pass on the fixed mounting to someone when I buy a gimbled mounting etc?

We should initially identify ourselves with teh ToW_ callsing until there is a clear corporation structure.

I haven't seen any trade model for goods or modules, or even cash :-).

Elite is going well. I bought a cobra mk III and making good cash.

Elite is now on Steam.  I will probably pick it up on Friday, along with the Voice Attack software.  Maybe I will run into you (hopefully not physically!) in game soon!

My ingame name is Todd Marshal and it's also the group name (For now it's the only way). So post your ingame name here and I'll send an invite. Gosling is also part of the group.

Bought the game.  Will fire it up tomorrow.

Flew around a bit.  I am "ToW_Jester" in there.  I learned that trying to be a merchant right off can be a challenge.  Bought some bauxite that was in high supply and it took a while to find a station that I would make a profit from.  Some stations in systems that I went to wouldn't let me dock.  I guess the bulletin board stuff is the path to go for starting out.
