I've been very happy with the way you have organised and run the raids and would love for you to continue to do so. However, I also appreciate the work and stress involved, so if you wish to take a break or share the burden with others I can totally understand that.

personally bux ive been happy enuff to do the raids i dont find them stressful at all(part when ppl winge about stuff) and i dont find it hard at all only thing that annoys me is ppl not signing up even if ure not sure atleast put tentive. but this isnt about me taking a break/sharing the burden its about who you guys what to lead it as my ability to lead was questioned yesterday by someone

Long may your efforts continue. I am one very grateful Guild member who has benefitted from your advice and guidance in Heroics and in the small number of RAIDs I have participated in. Your efforts to get Raiding going are to be applauded. Personally Im too much of a numpty to lead a RAID......

What I would say is dont be disappointed if RAIDs have to be cancelled as we are still a small Guild with RL getting in the way for most
