Adam - Fresh issue

Hello,

I have a very upset Adam, here on MSN, in regards to fresh.

AA-Adam and BSS_Fresh

no i dont know what this is really all about, i have a few recordings, of the conversation that took place, which adam has sent me.

It has got fresh saying the adam is a kid, needs to grow up, shouldnt be in charge of AA. etc and then it goes on, apparantly according to fresh adam has been sporn killing him, in ffa, and according to adam, fresh has been targeting him in FFA, with BBC_Kid, they were lauphing about it and stuff in the ts channel with adam, so adam kicked them or summit.

I just thought i would bring this to your attention, i believe they might of had a word with u already Tbar.

Personaly i think it is a bit perthetic, on both parts, if there is any insident like this, i tend to eather try work it out resonably and become friends of just avoid them in the arena.

I am going to talk to them both sepratly and then together later on tonight. and sort this all out.

Sorry for the late reply - been away for a couple of days.

Adam came to me the evening this happened, i went into TS and Fresh was still there but wouldnt answer when I talked to him - he could have been AFK I just dont know.

Adam relayed a story just as you detailed. But I couldn't find out anymore as Fresh didn't come back to me.

If you could send the recording to my MSN account. This isn't the first time these two have fallen out, about a month ago they had a row over alleged spawn killing and targetting. Personally I think its 6 of one half dozen of the other, but I suspect its roots are perhaps in Adam's missinterpretting Fresh's sense of humour - Fesh says things ( which I am sure he means in jest, joking - teasing ) that Adam may have taken too litteraly. For example if you shoot Fresh down in FFA we have all heard Fresh say he is going to get us - to kill us etc etc - usually followed with a laugh ... Sounds like things have deteriated between these two and they are falling out for real now.

Anyway - you were going to talk to them .... did that happen ? and how is it all left ?

The resolve here in the end is to advise Adam to stay out of FFA when Fresh is about.

Adam goes after Fresh.. so Fresh goes after Adam. It gets out of hand after a while.

This Fresh / Adam situation seems to be on going.

This week I have had a couple of conversations with Adam, and he is getting increasignly upset by it all. IMHO I think its 6 of one half dozen of the other - and is largely down to Adam not understanding Fresh' sense of humour, I think when Fresh says "I am going to Kill you buddy" while I would chuckle and say "Bring it on big boy" ... I think Adam runs round the house locking the doors!! In short Adam takes Fresh's direct humour to literally, and pushes back and then Fresh stops joking and gets a tad serious which convinces Adam he was right all along and so we go on spiralling down to where we are now at.

This afternoon, at least in Adam's mind, it all came to a bit of a head. Long story short Adam and Fresh fell out again, this time on TS. Fortunately Red was in the room too and was trying to calm them down and broker some peace and a way forward.

Anyway - Adam asked me to get involved ... so I have ... Having clearly failed to get Fresh to temper his humour when dealing with Adam, or to get Adam to realise that by default Fresh is always "JOKING". I tried a less subtle rather direct solution. Appologies to Red for stepping in when he was in mid "Peace Core" mode.... but time to knock some heads together I think...

So applying my tried and trusted method of using a sledghammer to open a hazle nut. I have brokered a deal that both Fresh and Adam have agreed with, a deal that should bring peace in our time, and be more succesfull than Chamberlains effort... Basically I have told Fresh and Adam not to engage each other in any way, by engage I mean they ignore each other They have agreed not to speak, fly ( including ignoring each other in FFA - I know thats sort of teaming - but what the hey ) , email, msn, wave, whisper or communictate in anyway including using ESP. Simples.

Adam isn't part of BSS anymore - so should work. I spelt it out and both agreed. So that should be the end of it, if not ... the forensics behind who is to blame for any future rows or fights is simply to assertain - who engaged ( talked, fired, PM'd etc ) first = the guilty party.

Since I am fed up with this row..... this plan has the beautiful side affect of WORKING FOR ME !!!

Adam needs to be a big boy now.. we told him all that was involved..
