I can't believe my "eye"

Unless my eyes are deceiving me, Tbar's avatar has changed! Popeye has walked into the ToW seal and he looks so cool there! (It gives me hope that someday we can get rid of the "windbag" on the left of our top graphic that goes across every page!)

Anyway, I hope ToW Popeye doesn't disappear before tomorrow... he should be here to stay IMHO.

Rumor has it: Work going on about a 'change of face" for Tides of War. Every site should 'spiff it up' every couple of years. Down in the Gfx Department .. there is this guy named TreeTom .. you should speak to him sometime when he's on TS .. maybe he can tell you more. All I can tell you is .. being nosey, that I saw some ruff artists sketches.
