Was looking at the AA forums. I saw USHA_Heavy posted there.

Hey Tbar, I was checking out the AA forums and saw that USHA_Heavy posted there. You know it might be a good idea to get him involved as a spanish speaking trainer. I'd let Tango try and recruit him for the task.

Just a thought, but it wouldn't hurt to have some outside involvement to help train newbies. For that matter I'd bet some of the USHA guys would mind at all to help out. I think this way it may take some pressure of of you as being a "Tbar control freak scam". Just a thought, but it might help. I'd be happy to talk to Kid and feel him out for you.

I know what you mean when you say AA forums.. you mean Air Assassins this board. We have to be carefull.. lol, because many people think that the 'aa forums' are UKAAC Old School .. but still around in many people minds This will change .. in time

This "new pilot training" concept is really something ALL squadrons could get involved with. I suspect over time they will.. but just like the USAAC ... they all have to watch.. and see first. Once they say USAAC was going to be what it was advertised and billed as .. and once they saw the participation and respect .. then they all want to have a part of the party. Take Hawk for example.. he really didn't think it would amount to 'chit' in his words .. now look at him trying to get into 'power positions'..

USHA would be a good squadron to get involved.. in fact if you talk with Action.. you will find I've been speaking to him about "new pilot training" idea I had way back in the summer months. The first squad I went to talk to... USHA.

When I was in the process of starting up the BSS .. first squad I went and talked to was .. USHA.

When I needed some training help with the BSS .. first squad I went and talked to was .. USHA.

Heavy speaks the language .. and would be a good partner with Tango .. and I'm all for the suggestion. Lets get Tango to put forth the idea with Heavy.. and see what happens. I'll send a message to Kid that Tango might contact Heavy.. You let Tango know it would be a good idea to contact Heavy and see what Tango is willing to do. I know Tango has got the 'smarts' upstairs to make a good xo and/or co one day ...
