Hey guys...
I had a thought this morning on keeping an attendance record of who is actually showing up for our Group training as well as our weekly Group mission nights based on our current pilot battle roster. We can call this our "Head Count" tally sheet to see what we actually need in terms of recruitment and where to focus our attention in sustaining our groups numbers if not going out and recruiting for specific Flights like the Bomber or Recon Flight in general.
As for recruitment, I would suggest posting our Groups existance over on the FISC web site forums as well as on UBI's forum site also. Also, we may need to post a JPEG image of the FISC emblem on the home page of our web site so other potentional members can identify us as a likely consideration for their membership. Its something to think about for sure.
