The person was anonymous .. that is the name they used. Sorry can't tell you more than that because I simply don't know who it was. They were however very angry at the 'system' and wanted a system that allowed the 'everyday pilot with no squad' a voice in things. They wanted a arbitrator system .. and a system that would not hound them for speaking out. He was hinting that they or he . or these pilots did not post for fear the the 'current regime' of banning them from the game etc and so forth for presenting "other' ideas, etc.

I had to reply to this topic after reading the above as i could not believe what i was reading was for real.

I am an AA pilot a sysops and uk LM and forum moderator on the UK aa site for game related topics I am not an Admin

if I thought that any player was going to get banned for posting his opinion which did not insult or attack other players I would personnely make it my objective to have these ppl removed from there positions. and i am sure that all sysops feel the same way

The NSPDA is on hold at this time and until further notice. My account on the CLP page has been deleted/removed, since I have no CO to help me with this issue, it may take some time until it is resolved.

I have been flying ever since, and when I try to make a difference for good and look to help out other non-squad pilots like myself for such issues am I dealing with now, I get the oh hi BIG RED BUTTON? My ingame behavior and ability to fly has nothing to do with me making a post about forming a Board for non-squad pilots (veterans such as myself) to help them with un-warrented bans such as this one. If you behave in game and help rooks as i do, how should any post I make on the forums conflict with me being able to play the game, when all I was doing was trying to help those in situations such as myself, this ban only justifies my idea and need for a NSPDA.

And after making the post about the NSPDA last night, I Pmed Tulla to ask his opinion, and now Temper says he banned me? I didnt pm Temper, and Tbar was the only other person that I spoke with prior to making the post or Pming Tulla.

Hmmmmm rattle the cage and you get bitten. Even if its to rattle in the good for non-squad pilots.

99% of the Time I get crap form admins about what I post, not for my Ingame behavior. Posts and ingame are completely 2 differents worlds. But when it comes to me they are only seen as 1.

General:

- Respect other players and don't do anything to purposely ruin their enjoyment of the game

- Do not swear or use bad language in chat or in pilot tags

- Do not use or abuse others call signs/tags

- Do not abuse the functions of the launchpage

- No Runwaying - This means no shooting or ramming of planes on the ground - When the

wheels of a plane have touched down on the runway, it is "safe" and must not be attacked.

- Sysops flying with [sYSOP] - tag are doing a job, do not try to engage or shoot them.

Arena specific:

public FFA:

- No teaming in FFA ( don't work together to kill others, don't avoid killing 'mates' on

purpose)

- Do not shoot at other planes while you are on the runway (while parking or taxiing)

- No AA suicide on purpose

public Teams-arena:

- Do not shoot members of your own nation in team arenas

- Keep sides balanced where possible

public Rookie - arenas:

- The Rookie - arenas are there to allow new players to get to grips with the game without

the pressure of the full arenas, therefore - No Players allowed with ranks above FLt unless

giving instruction and they must do only that.

Behavior in FFA arenas:

Note that both of these following points are not rules, only suggestions.

They are considered to be the honorable way to play by most veteran players.

Show me where it says Ip adresses will be cross referenced to identify a poster on forums and use such info to ban them from the game?

Where is your privacy protected? When does the privacy invasion end? Where is the privacy rights for posters on forums that dont reflect or impact their game privilages?
