Actually, That is and issue that you'll have to take up with Tbar. I myself do not think that it is appropriate, because it may infringe on the website's owner for advertisement allotments.

I would definitely check with Tbar, he's the webmaster for our web page.

Tbar told me that generally Advertising is against the rules, so I took it off!

If any of you are wondering "What banner?" Its already gone. I think JoKeR was the only one to see it.
