A sad Post ...

It is with a heavy heart and sadness that I post my decision to leave the guild. This has not been an easy decision for me .. I have thought long and hard and I have put all the pros and cons together. I have had a fantastic time in both FI and DV during my time here as Lafey ? I have had wonderful raids and 5 mans and I thank Buxton from the bottom of my heart for having given someone he knew nothing about, the chance to enjoy such a great community and guild spirit as I have experienced in Tribes.

But I am a raider at heart ? I am someone who loves raiding whether it is 5, 10 or 25 man instances and I am finding myself more and more playing a character on alliance, which I do not wish to do, just so I can raid.

I therefore decided that it was time for me to leave the guild and the wonderful sheltering community and venture out on my own into pastures new.

Please, please do not feel this is a reflection on anyone in particular, I know how hard you have all worked to get raids and 10 mans going again .. I really really do appreciate the hard work everyone has put in to things. As I have said before I live on a daily basis with someone who is a raid leader so I do understand how tough it is and how much work it involves, and I also know that with the family commitments that I have I could never dedicate that sort of time and effort into things ?

Thank you one and all for the wonderful time I have had here .. and if you guys ever need a healer for anything I would be honoured to do whatever you would like me to !

I am not going to thank people individually .. as Lost said before me there are too many of you and I would invariably leave someone out .. you know who you all are !!

I have been doing some difficult thinking also of late, I've been wondering whether to join FI or stay in DV and raid when I can and give as much support as RL allows to trying to save DV and back up Kintoll as much as possible.

I also love raiding and have thought of joining another raiding guild, but with my work commitments still very high and unpredictable I just can't make that decision yet.

I wish you well in your new guild, and as you say, we're only a whisper away.

All i can say is i understand you and no matter if you are in DV FI or any other guild a friendship doesnt end because of different guilds. We are always gonna be friends and hey if u think u got rid of me...heehee you are wrong. I will leave a message on ur msn any time i need a healer and ..when i will miss my friend. I wish you from the bottom of my heart good luck in your future guild and ...see ya on sweetheart.

Good luck wherever you go, I'll talk to you on MSN Hopefully you'll find a guild that suits your needs.

I'm still busy with tests, applications for masters and internships and such...and will start writing an article in July, so I still won't have time or energy to raid.

we've talked about this before ingame so i'm not going to say much.

i understand what you're doing and i wish you the best of luck with it. you can always give a whisper if you wanna talk.

Shame to see you leave La Fey .....but totaly understandable under the current situation.
