I hope you mean Edinburgh? and not some small village in Wales where Arthur's Seat is next to Arthur's Table in the Kitchen 
Sounds good though, I like Edinburgh, great place. Strongly recommend taking the "Mary Kings Close" tour of the underground streets while you're there. History and experience. Three Sisters is a good lively pub usually packed full on a Fri/Sat night if you fancy a decent atmosphere, drink and dancing without going for the full-on club thing. "Pancho Villas" was also a good Mexican restaurant on the Royal Mile, if you like Mex food like we do
And though you probably don't want to know... I even saw an Internet Cafe there with signs on the window that they had machines set up there for playing WoW on... though whether you'd be prepared to risk your username/pass on an internet cafe machine may be a different matter.

Thanks for all the tips, me and my family have been there before, about 7 years ago and enjoyed it a lot.
So they thought it was time to visit again, to celebrate my parents 25th anniversary. Very much looking forward to it!
