New DV rank "Cobra"

Hi,

A new rank within DV is being introduced, of "Cobra", to represent a more advanced kit level over Veteran. This will be being assessed using the be.imba site (see post on main tribes forum for detail).

As.

I think 'Cupid' would be better at least for some, considering the amount of hugs and sweet talk on raids
