Hi

I read lots of books since I use public transport. At the moment I'm reading Touched by Venom by Jannine Cross. I was in waterstone's and came across it, I'm glad that I picked it up as I'm really enjoying it.

I also have been reading the Anita Blake series by Laurell. K. Halmilton, the Dresden files by Jim Butcher and lots more.

Not a book (currently reading the Songs of Ice and Fire series by George R.R. Martin, lots of fun though) but a movie I wanted to put to your attention (just watched it): Ben X.

It's a movie made in Belgium (in the dutch/flemish language) about an autistic boy who plays a MMORPG and is heavily bullied. I don't know if it's available with english subtitles somewhere :)

(but I think it's the best for dutch/belgian native speakers, since one of the better parts of the movie is the way he expresses his thoughts)

I guess it has some recognizable things for us gamers :)

i've just finished the last book (of the 7 book series) of the dark tower by stephen king. i've read the dutch translation so titles get mixed up, i presume that's the gunslinger series (especially seeing roland knows his way with a gun :))

i can definetly recommend that to anyone who doesn't shun a bit of horror and weird fantasy.

also finished the farseer trilogy by robin hobb this summer (again translation :/) and read the first book of the liveships (original version, yay)

i honestly dislike reading translations. i think if original versions were more easily obtainable i'd learn japanese if i'd know a good japanese author :)
