hi there east iwas reading this post and was thinking something along the lines of the nose art and id numbers, type selection preview/panel you find in cfs3 ,fs2004, etc. thus you could add what you want , within the paremeters of set ones for online.these could show rank etc,but then for offline single player you can add your own design,say like X2 ,or the older ver x btf, i feel that would make things fare and easier to id persons,whilst keeping uniformity (wheather to stay and fight or cut the chain and run)actually this is offered in freelancer,where you can see your opp`s compentancy level. when you id them. i know this has saved my backside an few times online.at the end of the day one thing stands out here , and thats the level of personification the average poster is after, indeed an testament to the quality of the game. "I cant blame them foe wanting to make it their own".
