The Dec. 1 rookie event.. how we really rookies to act?

I seem to have been slated by numorus parties for an event that was fun . I am amased that the USAAC LM or any other US admin has not asked me to reply in person as I am the UKAAC LM and for it to be said that I arranged a kill the americans event where UK pilots would use annoamous names is almost slanderous
I have spoken to Mr Cutter since he made his post .. and there was some mis understanding.
UKAA did a good thing with the Rookie Event. God Knows the Rookies need more fun type events they can participate in..

This was a OPEN rookie event .. and Cutter thought it was a BSS vrs UK Squad Rookie event :)
The event has very few rules because rules are not required runwaying ,ramming, crashing can only happen at the start as after that all players spawn and as its the pilot with the most Kills, to land and repair would just waste time
Acknowledge that there were post made on the UKAA forums by Joker and Cutter for claification on the rules .. before the event started.
In fairness .. you were asked to clarify the rules on the UKAA forums
At no time did I say on open comms only shoot Guides to anyone as this was a king of FFA evryone shoot everyone
I have spoken to Mr Cutter since he made his post .. and there was some mis understanding.
I sometimes think I should ask the USAAC before I wipe my nose
hehe.. funny :)
Keep up the good work Wiz. Our LM and FM and the Staff here at USAAC know how difficult the job really is .. know you can't make everyone happy all the time .. and we know there are mistakes made on all sides at any given time. I really like what you did .. I.E. an event for the Rookies.

In a private PM to you via the CLP I expressed certain "concerns" I had about said event 'format' that was to be used.. obviously that was an attempt to communicate with you, get to know you and establish a good and friendly line of communication between the UKAAC and the USAAC. USAAC TS is frequently used.. feel free to stop in.. anytime :)
Perhaps a retraction would of been nice as it appears on your front page for all to read
No retraction .. Sincere Public Apology hereby issued by Tbar, member USAAC Staff, for the misundertandings and what may be considered as 'slanderous'. We at the USAAC let it all hang out ..folk are free to make a fool of themself on the forums .. or TS if that is what they want to do.
just a misunderstanding, and you can blow your nose without informing us.
But we dont supply tissiues. Just use cutters shirt sleave.

Wizard,

I'm not going to retract, and or apologize for the 2 text messages I read, That said

"GUIDE TARGETS" only to shoot! That appeared on screen, not TS Com!

Now as for an apology for the way that I expressed it, Yes I agree, I went overboard,

on the same as making outrageous comical commentary, for that, you are do an

apology!, And I hereby apologize personally to you.

Now as for these other 2 post replies, with inference that "if some one wants to make a fool

of them selves posting a reply as I did, Then I take that as a personal insult to me, for

every one as you say "Out there to read!!!!!! Tbar just has to slip in his derogatory remarks,

he especially knows how I react to direct insults, as to why he is persistent on doing so,

only Tbar, can answer that not me.

In in closure; I suggest Cutter's rear britches and not his sleeve to wipe is nose on. It's

crap like this that keeps fueling the fire to no avail. I was informed by Tbar, when this

matter was first taken up, it had been resolved.., Was I misinformed? Well this is apparent,

it has not had closure to it, So I will say, WATER UNDER THE BRIDGE", let it go, more

important things to get resolved, then this elementary squabble! Thank you, Wizard, for

at least bringing this to my attention, I believe, we could have settled this like gentlemen

a long time ago, and that, could have been done, by emails and PMs. Respectfully & Regards,

Cutter (Jerry) Semper Fi UK

This matter is closed and closed by order of the USAAC BoD.

Mr Cutter is wrong on several facts. He's new to the game and some of the ways we have of doing things so I was polite in my first responce to Mr Cutter as him having "mis-understandings". Mr Cutter has been corrected several times about the way he 'interpreted' things. Now I find he has sent a PM to Mr Wizard where he is more than DEAD WRONG on most of his argument(s).

Mr Cutter has been censored from posts on this board until such time as the BoD can review his posting privlages, etc.

Please accept our sincere appology Mr Wizard.
