Not far from Tenerife, KLM U-Boat U-182 comes under attack at nighttime from a squadron of LFN planes, including League Swordfish fighters, such as the one pictured below.

The U-182 had just finished disposing of an entire League freighter convoy and its accompanying RNE destroyer, when the planes flew in and proceeded to attack.

Several of the U-182's crew members were injured but the U-Boat succesfully fought the League planes off and headed back in the direction of Gibraltar.
