Is there going to be a patch at Xmas? Will it add multiplayer of has that been delayed?

There will be a patch for the US Market, but no, it won't contain multiplayer - that has been delayed as a result of the lawsuit.

Whats the status with the next Euro patch?

We are still in negotiations regarding the feature patch applying to the UK versions. It's currently not likely as we haven't gained back control of our game yet in Europe. We will know more in the coming weeks.
