With the current law suit against GMX media, i have noticed that E-RT is still on sale in the UK. Surley Tesseraction Games would of stopped bash: GMX saleing E-RT in the uk if they where not paying up royalties

Besides, you want as many folks as possible buying the game so they get hooked and by the addons.
