Not sure how i will put the words out. Cause what u write yorga it p--- me off. What u write makes me feel bad. Yeah i was outside, trying to focus on getting the playes to mc, so i spend some time there. But just after 2000 i was inside.
Feodora joined the grp after 2000, and he was not signed for mc either. He came in after, when we needed ppl.
Many of our guildies have done mc for a long time, and they are now in established groups. U can`t say that they have to leave them and join us. That will be wrong. So yes, many are doing mc and zg and they have done it for a long time.
So therefor u will find ppl in mc on thursdays. Try and find some answers before u post things like that.
Yes we wanna do mc too, that was one of the things we wanted a coalition. Not for just running ZG.
And yes, i`m sorry for those ppl who turned up late. I`m not so happy for that either.
To sign and join another group, i will talk to him myself. That discussion doesen`t belong here.
But i feel a bit p**** on u too Yorga.
A few of u destroy my fun in raids with comments i don`t like to read, and worst part it never seems that u care either. And that makes me sad, and it p--- me off too. So sometimes i just wanna leave the coalition. But i know how hard eidokar have worked for that, and there are ppl in the coalition i do like. And mostly 99,9% good ppl:) I hope ppl can learn to behave better.
I run a supermarked, and to be a boss is not to be a scumbag. Or say bad things, cause that supermarked will have a high turnover with staff. Same with guild, someone with bad language can ruin alot. Other guilds should think about that too.
Hope ppl learn from coalition raids, if it Zg or Mc. I learn alot of it:) So mostly i have a good time, even when we wipes. I could have runned out of MC yesterday before the last wipe, but i wanted to die with u, and not run away.
And listen to Raidleader, Mt and our dear liz who did a great job in mc yesterday:)

sad....it is just sad!
we have a coalition, we have a working relationship over several guilds to improve and do raids.
wich is good!
what is not good, NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!, is the horrifying attitude displayed sometimes.
the sheer unfriendlyness, the anger, the threats and back talking, how on earth can anyone be angry if ppl find this uncomfortable and dont want to be in on a several hrs of badmouthing, and guilt/finger pointing!
I like raiding, and yes, it was one time i signed up and couldnt join, but otherwise i have been there.
but i understand ppl who sign up but then dosent come to, because some og the s--- they get thrown their way its really not worth it!
i dont mean i support the practice of signing and then dont come, it reflects badly on the player, and unfortunatly some ppl take it that all the ppl from the guild is to blame, so the designated guild also suffer under that.
so, pls , dont sign up if u dont mean it!
as for ppl not joining the coalition runs, i cant, and wont demand ppl to drop all they have and come wagging their tales when the coalition whistles!
if ppl want to raid with others they do that!
of course, i would be verry happy if more and more would come with us, making our raid coalition stronger, but that wont happen before ppl can "depend" on it, and , before they actually likes it!
this has to do with loyalty to the guilds, but also to friends and prior agreements. what i think has to be the focus for all the guilds from now on, is to increase the fun, and reduce the s--- in these runs. as time goes by, more and more will se how much fun we have, and join in!
One other thing, i can say for NM only, is that we have felt verry looked down on, and have almost had nothing to say in the decisions on the coalition. i have been told that this is about to change, so im waiting expectantly. If we get a little more equal all, it will be better, and im verry sure more ppl want to join us.
the last raid, on thursday 29/6 was a blast in many ways!
we ran around, killed trash mobs and tried to have fun:-) and i really enjoyed it.
exept for some bad comments , sheer badmouthing and s---, we had fun!
this is the things we have to advertise to our members.
as for the direct badmouthing by pointing fingers on eachother and writing all kinds of s---, STOP!!!
this is so childish, so immature, and if u have a problem, take it up with the person it is for, or, go to ur guild leader and he/she can take it on to the coalition meatings. Try to stay civilized...
i will never have respect for anoyne, neither in NM or any other guild, who always goes around complaining and throwing s--- around , but not doing anything to try to solve the problem.
So, to summarize, more fun and happiness and less of bitching and whining, and we will be THE BEST RAIDERS ON THUNDERHORN EVER!!!!
again, i love a good raid run, and will try to join as often as i can!

5 ppl in scholo @ the time of raidstart. 2 ppl who have to leave because they haven't done the prequest. a few ppl who have signed up and decide to go with a different group @ raidstart. And some who don't bother to come down to MC but wait to be summoned.

U have to understand that NM has put their foot down and said: WE WANNA DO MC.
All ppl who were doing ZG now have to "sacrifice" thursday night's ZG run to go to MC. I really don't mind where I go cuz I like to raid with u guys. But I do feel mistreated when the ppl who claim to "WANNA DO MC" show up unprepared and chaotic.

So I haven't said anything about them leaving I'm just using what u've given me. For NM it was obvious they only wanted to do MC. They could provide 12 ppl online tops of the 60 lvl 60s. Only I found out that those are only the 12 ppl joining OUR MC run.

I don't get this part. I voice my oppinion that I feel p----- on by NM because the way they behave let apart some individuals. So what is it u don't like about that? I only state what happens plz tell me if this looks good to you:

And this is where it gets interesting:
U show me how ur supermarket can run. When 20 employees sign up. 10 of them from one family 10 of all others. That first family decides they can go have dinner while the supermarket opens and don't have to be on time to work. They also figure out they don't have a bike/car/transport to ur supermarket and decide not to come. And others in that family decide they can just as well work @ the supermarket next door. I think u won't like that kind of behavior anymore then I liked the general feel of NM @ the start last night.

Well I just wanted to say that the only point of Yorga I think is unvalid is that there are people that don't sign up and go with other groups...since that's everyone's own choice and they should raid with whoever they want. If they don't sign up they don't make a commitment and they don't have anything to do with the tribes, etc etc.
I don't understand that you are disgruntled by what is posted here since it's..well...kinda a summary of what happened. I don't think I have to mention again what happened since we were all there, but it was a bit like a slap in the face and really rude. Night Marauders was the only guild stating directly that they really wanna do MC, we try to support in that and try to make a group and then you get this!
I mean I know that I talked it over with Fosse (since he came closest to NM leader after Eido for my feeling) and he told me then that the rest of the guild that wanted to do their best didn't appreciate it too and they got a slap on the fingers for it. But I guess the rest of the raid didn't see that. The forum is the place where we can talk that over since we can't do it all in raid so...that's what happening here.
Anyway...we all know that the behaviour displayed was not accepted by ANY guild including all the good and decent players from NM. And I guess since most of us are adults here we can see a clear difference by a whole guild and only members from that guild . We don't feel less about NM, but we had to adress this and since it was members of your guild, we have to turn to you to try and make it better next time. You clearly said you will, so....I guess that is settled then.
Except for the somewhat..."messy" start, the raid was really good. So lets hope we all learned from this and get things smoother next time.
