Horde On Tour 'the Comeback'

Hey :),

After some late night chat yesterday we tought it a good idea to start up another Horde on Tour run .

Get a lvl 1 Character and do something completely outragous ,never been done before to gain bragging rights and make good screenies to post on forum.

All members of coalition are invited I even want to extend the invitation to the Unknown Entity members ,lol would be a good test of their sense of humor.

Mind this is a fun raid where persistence is the main attribute you need and a death defying attitude of course ;).

Please post a suggestion under this topic for a place to get our troop to keep in mind that it has to be place that allows entrance(most instances are capped at lvl) and has a photogenic quality ...:P.

Hope people have set hearthstones on their previous characters that still dwell in the stormwind and Ironforge streets as corpses....

I see a picture in my head gna gna Image

How about black rock mountain, no npc's inside so we will be save there and all the time for pictures.

I see a group of 40 lvl 3/4 (by that time i guess) standing there with that dragon flying over their head. Or 40 low levels standing next to a group about to enter MC or BRD :D

My lvl 2 is still in the deeprun tram, so could go to Ironforge and through Dun Morogh to Blackrock. That would mean a long run through Ironforge, scaring the alliance once again :D

But i do seem to remember some people stoned out back to Org, so maybe if we all fly to undercity and travel from there we have a bigger group and it will be a longer run with some fun parts like Loch Modan (turn pvp on in there or something, 40 lvl 3's ganking a lvl 15 dwarf pally would be cool :P ) and some really hard parts like Badlands.

So yeah, up for anything again :D

I can see nothing has happened since march... aint that a shame? isnt it time we play a little conga for allys, did little dance, saw some dragons, hit ppl over the head with a dead fish? I would for one love to join up and im convinced several of the guildies would find it ridiculously funny too Image . So how about it? I mean im not the brains behind the whole ordeal, but i would surely like to be part of it.

For the Horde on Tour!

Equipping fish doesnt seem to be possible any more, but I agree it's about time for another HordeOnTour event; have done a bit of scouting, have a few ideas...

Molten Span -

Jellypantz went on to the Molten Span solo (and is currently sitting on a rock in the middle of the lava), so that's definitely doable.

Hinterlands -

This could make a good destination?

(i) A good run down from UC via Sepulchre and Tarren Mill through areas not TOO high to start

(ii) "Raid" on Aerie Peak - There is a spot just behind the wind rider at Aerie peak where you can stand without being attacked and once PvP has gone off you can wave at the incoming Alliance;

(iii) "Photo Opp" - Really nice photo opportunity near the waterfall just north-west of Skulk rock

(iii) "World Dragon Boss Hunt" - Potential Final Destination - a visit to the portal and World Boss dragon guarding it at Seradane (although you get killed going passed, you can safely sit at top of steps behind dragon once you get there); possibly ending in a mass L1 leeroy on the dragon?

Return to Stormwind -

Instead of heading for deeprun tram, we could go on a fishing trip

- There is a boat in the middle of one of the rivers which would be ideal and is far enough from the guards

- We _could_ all dress up as pirates once we reach the boat and have a mass pirate/firework/fishing party

- possible downside is that PVP would not turn off

Dun Morogh -

havent investigated here yet; I don't have an Alliance char (except a L1 auction house watcher) so have not been there yet; maybe an open-adventure?

Gurubashi Challenge -

Can 30(?) L1-3s beat the (usually) 5-10 L60s alliance to the chest? maybe just by sheer numbers, since they usually bring warriors and palas, not mages... so we all run in and out trying to get it?

Doesn't really fit into any other plans or good destinations, but a quick option?

As.
