HEY where do we pick blue team or red team as talked about then??

I'll have to defer answer to Bolter .. I know they have some plan in mind.

What I thought .. was going to happen is the first round during pre-flight .. the blue/red team would be established at that time. There after each "registration" thread would show the team Red/Blue and who's on them. At that point if you had not previously registered for this round you would indicate the team of preference .. and SNATF would try and comply and work out any balance issues ...
