Btac Gone After Binocs

I don't know about subs but I've noticed that on ships, when I have the BTAC on the screen, if I bring up the binocs (tactical for sure) and then press escape to the bridge view, the BTAC is not longer on screen and I have to bring it up again from the control panel's TAC.

Unless the BTAC was explictly closed, it should remain onscreen whenever returning to the bridge view.

its the same for subs...
