Korean War
This mission simulates an attack on a bridge and convoy during the Korean War. He-162's have been substituted for Soviet MiG's. The Allies will be flying P-80's and B-25's. The Pacific Fighters Singapore map will be used to simulate the Korean Peninsula. In order to provide the best and most immersive experience possible, we have provided 3 special aircraft skins for you to download.
Event Results:
The event went of with little trouble and BLUE Team won the event. Everyone reported having a 'blast' (forgive the pun) flying the jets and SNATF event in total. Check the picture gallery on SNATF to 'read' the story by picture, those pics say a lot more than I can report here
Event started 30 minutes late as everyone wanted a little set up time. Seems 'jets' were new throttle to many of the pilots. Advise was given on throttle settings, air speed, etc, which was a great help. Starting time was again a factor and we will change to Wash DC Time 9PM as our advertised start time.
Several folks showed but could not participate because they had ver 4.05m installed with no backup to make a change back to 4.04.
