Guild Crafting Needs

Deadthing - needs Dreamfoil + Elemental Earth for grtr Nature Resistance Potion

Maverick - needs Firefin snapper, small flame sac - for th 'standard' lowbie fire resist potion

(good enuff for most ranged dps eg hunters )

Imajica - needs crap lvl 45+ green items to disenchant or Dream Dust and Purple Lotus (to make mana regen oil 8mana/5sec for our healers) - more than happy if others also do this/make this as its getting a bit hard to keep up and costs a lot with no donations - ty eli for 30 dream dust - a BIG help - 30 dust = 10 mana oils made

Tizzi always welcomes Fused Wiring/thorium to make repair bots - and would appreciate thorium/dense stone to make the higher lvl bullets (swapped for arrows via npc) for any raid bosses - if we have a guild raidbank I can send stuff there once made

pls add to list - eg - feel free to 'fess up if u can make grtr fire prot or want help tryin to get th recipe etc

there's much more to a successful raid than just showin up on th day - lots of helpful bits n bobs out there on top of potions that can be gathered up ready

300 alchemy and 300 herbalism here

I can make for example

Greater fire resistance potion (got the recipe from guild -thank you all ): 1x elemental fire and 1x dreamfoil

Major mana potion: 3x dreamfoil and 2x icecap

Major healing potion: 2x golden sansam and 1x mountain silversage

I'll try to make some for guild raids, but unfortunately the ingredients needed are somewhat hard to harvest/expensive, so donations are most welcome (thank you deathstare for the big stack of elemental fires ). Also if you need some of the fore mentioned potions for yourself and have the materials, but lack the recipe, /w me and i'll gladly manufacture them for you.

At the moment the most pressing crafting needs that i have are:

Recipe: Major nature resistance potion

Recipe: Major shadow resistance potion (very good for strat 45 min)

I know they are worth a lot of money, so if someone loots the fore mentioned recipies, i will gladly pay gold for them (maybe not the actual ah price, but then again the crafted potions will help guid raids). I would also glady participate in any harvest runs to get the recipies...

I will try to harvest some more purple lotus and low level greens for Tizzi (i love the mana reg oil )

I spent the other day also clearing out a storebott and made a toon 'Raidstuff' as we didnt have a raidbank at th time - have posted a lil stack of grtr nat potions/ few repair bots/mana oils to it so far for our raids - if Wig has a raidbank up n going I'll transfer it all over

Will ofc happily help on any runs to try and get th fire resist potion - cos we need it badly >< and imho these recipes should never be sold - they go to guildies to help us all eventually - my heart cringes when I see good recipes/enchant recipes/ingredients/librams/books etc being sold on AH when they're so badly needed in guild - if its worth a fortune and u need money badly - pls ppl, offer to sell it to a guildie at a 'nicer price' - or th mutual help system may dry up and die

Personally i never put anything on ah thats worth alot and is something someone else can really use. Had 2 epics drop for me and gave them both away, had epic priest robe pattern drop and gave that away too. Why? Because the person you give it too will be very very happy with it and that in itself is something that makes me happy. I look at it this way : Chances that it wouldn't have dropped for me are far more higher than the chance it did drop. So giving it away is no real loss, its just as if it didn't drop for me so i didn't loose anything. Besides in the end that item and your gold are only entry's in a database

Offcourse i don't give valuable stuff away to everyone. They go to people that are helpfull themselves and have been in the guild for some time.

Making other people happy really is something nice and you get so much in return for it. If you help and give stuff to others they most likely will help you too! I will never forget all the help i got in getting my epic tailored robe.

Besides if you need gold there are several other ways of getting it quite fast. With Wigdar i farm Silithus when i need money. Easy to farm 20-30 gold there in an evening. With Wugdar i started herbalism as my second proffesion and the stuff you get from that makes money fast too. I have 130g on him now and payed for my mount myself, trained all spells, bought some equipment and bought some ingredients to level my tailoring on him (he's lvl 46). When i get to the higher level area's i will start farming for our potion brewers too, so it will help our raiding stock, but it will also remain a nice money maker. Same goes for skinning and mining. The higher level stuff sells for nice prices on AH. So have an alt with one of these gathering proffesions and combine it with tailoring or enchanting (needs no gathering skill) and you can make some usefull things and make money at the same time.

Have had 4 epics drop on me and they've all gone to guildies as well. I don't think I'm nearly as good as making money as you are wig I struggle most of the time.

Turth is 2200/12000 honoured in the thorium brotherhood. The reasonable turn ins for rep are dark iron and core leather. The next level of rep is my goal as its almost all of the rest of the dark iron kit. I think exhalted has one more plan, boots, and tbh lavawalkers are just as good FR, so pointless to get this far unless i take up a second crafting proffesion in order to exploit the rep.

We need at least one dark iron tank in a reasonable amount of time. The fire elementals in MC do exclusivly fire damage (I think). A fully equipped DI tank laughs at fire elementals while the healers go for a quick smoke. I think grim would be good for this on account that hes prot and has notable fire resist already due to a couple of lucky drops. I'd like to start doing koren after because hes always well equipped and deserves that much for his extreme efforts, already has notable FR and the librams to get even more FR.

its an impossible feat for one person to accomplish this rep, difficult for a guild and takes a coordinated effort from a coalition.

Turth is an amoursmith and can make almost all armours pre raid instance and even some for raid instances. If im not running zg anymore with turth it will be hard for me to aquire the zg plans, please send any unwanted coins this way souldrite bloodvine and other mats greatly appreciated, and you end up wearing them anyway.

Its impossible for me to rep up thorium brotherhood because I dont have the 2000gold needed to buy dark iron ore, and I wouldnt spend it on it either. Only way to do this is to recieve items from coaliton runs in mc and get a monopoly of the dark iron ore in mc itself. I have easily spent 300g of my own money to get my rep to its current standing as well as many donations of ore by guildies which is really really appreciated.

Problem is here I am unlikley to be taking turth in here anymore, a sacrafice I have made is to level a healer as it benefits everyone more. Therefore I cannot recieve the instance rep for killing bosses and so forth and my only rep gain is coins which I will very rarely win or get due to the fact our only zg run is a night I work on. I would need alot of help from people. If I have to spend a ludcrious amount of money at ah for coin turn ins I couldn't make these for free to anyone.
