You have an A6 on your 6. Take him down with you but stay around 350 mph which will keep him interested and fixed on you. Get as close to the water or ground as you can and go level. The control surfaces of the Jap plane is cable controled and will compress and he will do a lawn dart into the ground/water. In RL that is.
