Hey :),

Greendevil mage can also make repairbots...just so you know.

For further specs we best be starting new topic,or add to a existing one.Wigdar PM 'ed me about guild coalition forum ,this is great idea to gather all relevant info on group,tactics,specs,etc.But we have to wait for Buxton to come back from his skying trip to see if it is doable.

Was my alliance guild....disbanded it so forum is free

ps - i can still make repair bots atm - but I intend switching to LW in th nr future as it's MUCH more useful to me.. if/when that happens will pass on any unused bots to another raid engineer (only have 3 atm anyways)
Whatfor ? We have enough LWs in guild...
I NEED EPIX - (i have a rare condition known as epicitus, it needs to be fed. feed it, FEED IT!!!)
U think we doing MC for fun ? 8-)

Good suggestion Bratac too bad it ain't in use but we would have a great place to hang up our whines :).

But let Buxton sort it ,its sort of his baby these forums would not want to go to somebody else and have it arranged wihout him knowing. ;)

a) I make zero money from engi

8-) who's gonna spend tons of their gametime grinding rep and farming ingredients to make me crafted items? - LW is v useful to me (and others) - engi useful to raid grp mebbe

c) it will give me something to do at least .....

d) there are other engi's in guild and in raid grp - u need 1 engi to activate 1 repair bot per run

e) I don't pvp - which is where engi in general is mebbe most useful (bombs etc)

f) farming eg rugged leather is a hell of a lot easier than hunting down thorium

g) unless blizz brings out sum amazing new useful engi schematics (and not just a pet yeti....) it's a pretty dead end profession

h) afaik - ppl are not yet being told what spec they must be or what profession they must follow ;-)

What is it that you want tizzi?, what type of armour?

Leather working is probably the same as armoursmithing, I make ###### all money with it its dead end, there are better drops out there. I could grind stuff and sell enchanted crap but why? the reagents alone retail at 300g just for arcanite in AH, guess what id rather sell. I only do smithing because I orginally loved it, i made my own armour and helped guildies out, it was great. Now I have to grind thousands of hours to get the next level of dark iron/almost total immunity to fire. And your the only person whos helped me do that so far, you know how rare dark iron is... I hazard a guess that LW is much the same, as is for all other professions... You wanna make money two gathering skills is the way you wanna go i guess...

Although tizzi not being an engineer is almost unthinkable to me :( so handy blowing doors open and feigning death and ressing grp... Dont take offense at bein called handy cus thats what engin is, handy and useable :) LW isnt so readily useable imho

you know how rare dark iron is... I hazard a guess that LW is much the same, as is for all other professions...

I dont get it DA ><. I'm just trying to say that i would guess nearly all endgame professions become highly specialised with highly specialised mats. Dark Iron is possible to get, bu fiery cores etc are not so... was looking out of them on your raid and they only dropped off a boss, didnt see any drop off trash but I could have missed it...

The general point is that I think think all endgame professions are unprofitable. Mats are worth more.

I like crafting.

dead end as in - no new schematics to hope for - no faction to grind to get sum uber schematic

explanation - th comparison to farming rugged leather and thorium = darkmoon faire turn-in - rugged armor kits vs thorium widgets

if th core leather comment was aimed at me - like a hunter would EVER be a priority for core leather - lol

i'm not even talkin about uber rare hard to grind materials (but again = incentive/challenge) - but I cant even farm blk dragonscales to get a couple of items made - am also now friendly with cenarion - quite a few nice LW - mail recipes there - useful for shammies, some use for hunters, useful for eg ZG / AQ (as I dont just see MC as th ultimate place to be)

nm - I was thinking of changing profs - didnt expect th /w ingame or th lil backlash here

ps - sarcasm - always sooo friendly and constructive I find ( see what I mean? ;-))
