if you scroll down the above post - you can see this gets tougher n tougher with ability to summon some nice uber bosses to kill :) I 've been farming a bit today - n sending th twilight cult outfit pieces to my 'raid n quest supplies' alt Fluffikins - also been doing a few twilight text hand-ins here n there to get rep

I think this would be fun for some of the 60's who are eagerly waiting to do ZG?MC n stuff -

(n I've been wondering where those blue 'abyssal legplates of striking/restoration etc' come from i see on the ah....'dangles prospect of loot at ppl')

so anyone up for rep grinding th twilight cultists n doing th stage 1 bosses pls sign up :) I know the first ones can be solo'd (according to thott) - but its always more fun and safer bet to work in 2's n 3's or whatever :)

as you can see from th thott-link, the later stages of this need a raid grp - so plenty of ppl in guild all working towards that stage would be really cool ;-)

ps - the standard twilight cultists are good to grind on for :-

rep (via the twilight texts they drop - repeatable quest givs u 100 rep)

twilight cultist outfit

and they also drop runecloth and major heal pots (and sumtimes random greens)

I'll giv ppl a nudge ingame to come farm mebbe now n again if ppl want to - and hope others do th same -but the point of posting here is to get more ppl aware and started on building their rep etc so we can go for the tougher fights/bosses and keep an eye on who's going for it and how their rep is doing :) just an hour or so here n there will get you well underway - so easy to fit round grps/raids etc

Hey :),

We tried a Duke with a three man and wiped horribly :).

The troublesome part (and a bit expensive) is to get another medallion you need to do a few of the first bosses again for the abbysal thingy's turn those in with two brilliant shards and then you are ready to summon one again.But it will need a good 5 man to get this bugger down.Also you never know what element your gonna get so it's a bit chaotic from the moment of summoning.Also I have summoned these each time and as the MT it is some fast re equiping of the armor before I can get down to aggro building.

So be sure not to lay down fire straight away after you call the duke,or make sure someone else then the MT summons ;).

The crypted text can also be turned in at the cave north ,this will get you rewards in mail according to your rep standing the lvl of these rewards go up .

If you start the quest The Twilight Mystery with Geologist Larksbane, you start a whole chain that will lead you to Hermit Ortell.

Once you've finished the quest chain, you can then take a stack of Encrypted Twilight Text to him for the repeatable quest True Believers. About 8 hours after handing it in, check your mailbox for a Decoded True Believer Clippings.

When you open it, it MIGHT contain one of the following:

Pattern: Runed Stygian Belt

Pattern: Runed Stygian Boots

Pattern: Runed Stygian Leggings

Plans: Darkrune Breastplate

Plans: Darkrune Gauntlets

Plans: Darkrune Helm

yeah- as said part 1 can prob be solo'd by most ppl - it's the scroll down and look at the next bits that we need ppl with rep etc to do (and I was kinda offering to help grind rep, do pt one etc) - and def needs a good grp of 5+ support mebbe - or u managed the nxt bit of questline n summoned Duke n nuked him wif wtf uber-lock powah? nm, going bk to banging head on wall ^^

Lol :),

Well Tizzi ,Reddevil and me are down there once in awhile to grind those texts he is after those leatherworking recipes at the end of the line (honored,revered) I am halfway up friendly now and he is almost friendly with Cenarion Hold.But like all rep. grinding its pretty tiresome so cant be on it 24/7 or we'd go loopy ;)...So when you have a taste for the cultists just give a holler when we are online see if we can be of any assistence to each other :).

sure ting - just tipped over into 'friendly' (at stupid o'clock this morn... :S)

and - oooh the shame >< tried to solo one of th summoned elementals yesterday and uhm... well... it didnt go too well ;-) ate my pet n almost ate me :( had to FD - am a bit concerned now - shud I be able to solo lvl 60 elite elemental? :/ ..... cant wait for the Dukes... /cry

Yeah, I remember the shout from Koren for "anyone come an help in Silithus" that Vorpid and I responded to, only to find us, at L55 each being attacked by creatures and cultists left and right before wiping attacking the L61+ (?) dragon that he summoned... thx Kor :P

Reckon we're in better shape now tho, with Vorp now L60 (newbie L60 frost mage), and me (L59 feral/resto druid) banging on the door... and as we're not getting as much time in evening's right now, we were down in Silithus last night hunting texts and cowls as well, so should see people down there now and then.

I'm always happy to join in having a go at summoned elementals/dragons when people fancy, so if you see me there and fancy it, just shout! :)
