Rank is a badge of honour in the guild. It carries no material or monetary worth. Person's of a higher rank are more respected and carry more weight in their actions. If a person at little angel leaves no problem, if a higher rank leaves it's a problem. People of a higher rank get more support from other guildies because to achieve this higher rank you primarly have to be selfless and generous in your actions. E.g
I make alot of high quality armour for guildies
Deathstare scrimped together mats just to make phantom blade to hand out for free
Ugg will give you the shirt of his back if you ask him
Bratac is generous with his time
and the list is endless but I'll stop here incase I leave anyone out.
This is extreme generosity on the part of people who spend two of their most precious commiditys for the benefit of others: their time and real life subsciption money.
People of this higher rank are therefore more trusted with guild assets including the new several guild banks we are making. Rotten controls the main Bankofguild, I control Smithbank, serga controls Leatherbank and so on. When that high level item that will make your day comes into the AH or /2 channel at 200g and you don't have enough money to buy it, if your a core guildy with a solid rank, expect to be helped out with the cost of it as I was with epic invunerable mail plans (160g)
The more you put into this guild the more returns you get and satifaction of people appreciating you spending your time helping them through wow. You will also achieve the most valuable epic/legendary/mythical assets that is available in the game
