Like most things, its situational. If I'm not taking much in the way of hits it can help increase DPS, but mostly I use it when I need to do a Frenzied Regeneration (10 rage->200 health per sec for 10s) in an emergency when I'm low on rage.

It was a toss-up between that and 50% Imp. Thorns (27dmg instead of 18dmg) - or, for more versatility, Imp. Shred for backstabbing in cat form. I'm not sure I'd pick Imp. Enrage again were I to respec.

Imp. Shred btw is one of the best talents for cat DPS in groups as often you can't get a finishing move in.
