The Magic Torpedo!

They are supposed to only collide with the collision hull, not the bounding volume.

I knew there was a technical term for this.

Although I have not seen it in the Enigma versions I have, I recall in Silent Hunter (original) the torpedoes would occassionally make contact when firign form directly behind at the stern of a ship moving away. On occassions, the torpedo wouldn;t make contact with the ship itself but the "bounding volume"
