The LFN contains more then just two.

With countries like us Aussies and the glorious Japanese, the LFN will truly control the Pacific. From here we can plan to reclaim and extend Britain's Empire.

LFN would also include:

Possibly Canada (US Intimidation may force an alliance)

South Africa

New Zealand (Although I think they are waiting for a chance to rule the world)

Malaysia

New Guinea

Though with everything in Enigma being "ALTERNATE HISTORY," things may be differant.

Actually, I believe we can safely assume Canada to be a part of the LFN... the Alliance class destroyers were listed as being built in, among other places, British Columbia.
