My Biggest Problem So Far

My biggest problem so far is getting the Objectives to trigger, which also includes getting the warning, failure, and success messages to show too, obviously.

Also, reference is made in the guide to Task Force Group ID (I understand that) and Tactical Group ID (???). Are they the same? If not, what is a Tactical Group and how is it different than the Task Group?

Tying all this together and knowing how each of these things are dependent on each other is my problem. Is there anyone out there who can summarize the mechanics of how the Objectives work?

I can get everything positioned and running on the map. It's the ending of it that's the problem.
