Why does the small map not have a .5 range just like the big tac has?

I presume yu mean the small radar display in the corner. if yu do then yu will see a range marked 500M. This is the same range as .5. Half a kilometer, or 500M .

DOH!! oh well, they just look bigger and easier to see in Big tac. Perhaps we need another range, say 250m for the small radar useful to finetune for depth charges
