Fire Control Tower In Fletcher...

I part of those who can't finish 10a in US surface. Don't worry it isn't a frustration topic. But I notice when I'm in the fire control tower that you never fire all the guns at once... huh: and I don't understand why. So I did three patrol missions, on three differant patrols, and noticed the same thing: when aiming bow, only the front gun fire, when aiming stern, port, starboard your rear gun fires only. What's realy weird is that all the guns aim in the direction of the control tower but dont fire. Exept if you order you gun to fire on a designated target, the guns work fine, same with defend order. Does someone else has the same thing? Logicaly if you aim with the Fire control tower port all the guns should fire, right?
BTW I read the manual, so don't go on with that as an excuse that I don't know how to use my guns.

Something that isn't clear in the manual: You center on a target, you wait for all the guns to come to bear (indicator lights) then you tap the space bar for a single shot, or you HOLD the spacebar to fire all.

Will it be possible to shoot all the guns at once in the patch?(like the hood in the campaign, he fires in salvo right?) Would be very useful by rough see, and shoot when the DD is "horizontal"...

The angle also can prevent a gun firing .
If you are aiming towards the forwards , or aft , some guns CANNOT turn that way .
Aiming nearer beam allows all guns to turn to target .
If you observe in 3rd person , you will see some guns not firing , or , some aiming for a different target , which is NOT the closest , because they cannot aim at the target closest .

No . Donoby , wrong .
Only the guns which are physically able to point to the target can fire .
Oh, and by the way , it is impossible to fire from individual guns on a Fletcher.
You can fire them , of course , as I meant , and as you know , from the Fire Control Tower : ( IF they can actually point that way to target .)

What i meant to say by port is when aiming at 270 degrees, realy your left side, like the tubes when on port. So logicaly, YES, when your guns are controled from the FCT, they all shoot. And I didn't say aiming at a target on port side....

Not all 360 degrees can be aimed in .
At 270 , and 90 degrees , yes , of course they all should fire .. Maybe you just have to wait till the lights turn green , ( after the guns are turned all the way .)
