In reply to your question: Multiplayer is progressing very good, we (us players is still expecting the first beta around christmas this year.

Unfortunately that isn't going to happen. The lawsuit against GMX is costing us quite a bit of money and has seriously impacted our development schedule. Primarily via forcing us to devote energies to things other than multiplayer keep the company going.

I hope that the financial situation gets corrected as I would hate to se this game hit the seabed just because some greedy bastard distribution company screwed everything up.
