Levelling Up

One of the characteristics that sets us apart from so many other WT squads is the way we open the doors to players regardless of stats or experience. Many squads have very complicated and specific membership requirements. It is our philosophy that having fun should be the primary objective and excessive membership rules and regulations contradict that objective. After reviewing our roster, I am pleased to say our membership represents players of diverse skill and experience levels. If you are a newer player, do not be intimidated by more experienced players....feel free to squad up with them and work together to level your planes and gain experience. If you are a more experienced player, do not hesitate to tier down and mentor a less experienced player...remember, you started from the bottom too. Camaraderie and morale are vital to the cohesiveness of a squad. We don't want any "black sheep" in the Black Sheep.

Well unless we are being compared to other squads. Then lets be the Black Sheep, the world needs a little weird.

You're exactly right Legnut....we dont want to be like other squads. Every Black Sheep is welcome to fly with any of us...I dont want any to feel they dont belong or have to fly strictly within their experience cohort. I had a blast tonight helping a newer player level and research while flying tier 1 RB. The best part was these were members Ive never flown with before but will certainly do so again.

I'm up for flying anything as long I have unlocked it. Heck, we played tier 1 reserves the other week and that was fun too.

Being in a squad makes a huge difference in the level of fun!
