I've resized it down to try and make it browser window friendly

Taken from British/Japanese Patrol Training Submarine mission #2 which says you only have 6 torps, but you actaully get 36 and 12 tankers to sink

I was wondering if that tanker you sunk, was sitting on the bottom of the ocean in that screenshot or whether you were passing over it as it was sinking?

In Silent Hunter 2 you were able to reach the sea bed if the water wasnt too deep, and you are able to see the finally resting place of what you sunk.

But I had assumed in E:RT you cant reach the ocean floor, because of your crush depth limit. And most missions being out in the middle of the ocean as it were.

Wouldnt be funny to have the odd blue whale pass by, or you assume its another sub on your radar. But i'm sure if ya killed a whale via a torpedo there would be a angry greenpeace boat waiting on the surface for you when you submerge

You can just make out the surface at the top of the picture the way the air bubbles spread out slightly.

The question about the depth of the water has been brought up before, can't remember the outcome though.
