Where Can I Get The Patch

hey guys,
I noticed in a number of threads on here that a patch is being developed and that one (on the 10 of April) was apparently a week away from completion but i can't find the download link on your website.
Can you tell me firstly if it's available and secondly where I can get it from?
The patch is not realeased yet...
